  this was a really decent nice place to live I had really good experience with these apartments the management team work was fantastic. made the move in really easy like wise with the move out definitely recommend it they were even available on weekends. definitely a five star. thanks

  Had a great afternoon with the family snowshoeing, guided by a naturalist. Snowshoes available for everyone from kindergarteners to linebackers. Just an example of the year round things to do outdoors at Dodge!

  Do not rent here !!! Hot tub is DISGUSTING,see picture! We have been with out hot water for over 24 hours and the management says they are "working on it". They trick you into thinking it's a 5 star facility and it's trash!! They lie about fixing things, hot tub is almost never working, door buzzer has been broke for almost 2 weeks, laundry room is disgusting, elevators reek like garbage, stairwells are full of garbage and furniture, whole place reeks like marijuana oh and over 25 cars were broken into in the "convenient secure" underground parking since I moved in Sept 2016. Due to that nobody parks their cars in there so the lot is over filled forcing you to park on the street. The walls have all kinds of profanity that nobody takes down or cares about. Police are here at least 3 times a week. The sewage backed up because they don't take care of the plumbing, just wait for a problem. My neighbor down the hall was broken into!! This place only cares about making money!!!! Just ask Mindy in the office she will approve just about anyone with 1st months rent and $200!! If you are a career criminal or a drug addict its the place for you, if you have kids and a normal standard of living, STAY AWAY !!

  I lived at Eagle Pointe for about 8 years. The outdoor pool area is very nice, though while I lived there it would often be closed for maintenance (apparently tenants were not respectful of the shared property and would clog up the drains of the indoor pool, which was almost always closed) and no notice would be given. For the first several years I lived there, the management was TERRIBLE, though within the last couple of years they have hired new staff that are leaps and bounds better! When I needed things fixed within my apartment, maintenance came quickly. However, things were not necessarily fixed as well as they could have been. No updates were made to my apartment while I lived there, and the wall-unit air conditioner leaked into the wall. I asked for that to be fixed (like, the drywall removed and patched in case there was mold), but it was obviously just painted over. Overall, the price of rent is comparable to other apartments in the area. Unfortunately, rent prices are just out of control and you pay $900+ for a mediocre apartment just about anywhere.
